Design, develop, and unit-test Finacle custom components, integrations, and reports ensuring performance and compliance in deposits, retail lending, and payments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SIT/UAT, defect fixes, and deployment activities including version control and CI/CD pipelines.
Create and maintain technical documentation, perform root cause analysis for incidents, and ensure adherence to RBI/KYC-AML/NPCI guidelines and internal audit controls.
2–4 years of hands-on development experience in Finacle or equivalent core banking platform focusing on deposits, lending, and payments.
Strong skills in SQL/PL-SQL, Unix/shell scripting, API development/consumption (REST/SOAP), and integration frameworks like Finacle Integrator or equivalent.
Any Graduate/Postgraduate/Professional degree in Engineering, Computer Applications or equivalent.
Experience with SIT/UAT processes, version control tools (Git/SVN), CI/CD, and adherence to regulatory and audit compliance (RBI, KYC-AML, NPCI).
Experience working in Agile/SDLC environments using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ITSM (e.g., ServiceNow) for development and incident management.
Familiarity with payments ecosystems including UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS and knowledge of standards like ISO 8583 and ISO 20022.
Ability to develop secure, compliant, and high-quality Finacle customizations with focus on operational stability and automation in core banking workflows.
