Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic, regulatory, and operational initiatives including planning, execution, and closure with governance and risk management.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau, and understanding of leveraging AI for data structuring and presentations.
Ability to work in a hybrid model with at least three days per week in the designated office in India.
Experienced in delivering cross-functional initiatives in complex, regulated financial environments with strong governance and risk management expertise.
Skilled in translating complex business needs into analytical insights and actionable project plans, adept at stakeholder management across global matrixed teams.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous settings with a focus on operational governance, continuous improvement, and driving disciplined execution.
