Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams within Commercial Data and AI, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies and managing Agile delivery in Jira.
Partner with Product and Technical Managers to support backlog readiness, sprint planning, and delivery decision-making, while tracking and reporting delivery metrics including velocity, cycle time, and AI adoption.
Facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders, coach teams on Agile practices, and produce leadership-ready automated status reports and dashboards.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager experience supporting technology, data, analytics or AI teams; 7+ years preferred.
Advanced Jira experience including project configuration, reporting, and governance; strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Experience working with global, matrixed teams including those in the US and India; prior experience in Commercial Data, Analytics, AI, or related technology domains preferred.
Experienced Agile leader comfortable managing multiple priorities independently in complex, fast-paced, matrixed environments.
Proficient in translating delivery data into actionable insights and executive narratives supporting AI adoption and operational efficiency.
Skilled in coaching Agile teams on continuous improvement, Jira and Confluence usage, and enhancing team delivery effectiveness.
