Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
8+ years experience with Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules (INV, BOM, WIP, Costing) in a global environment, including at least 2-3 full lifecycle implementations or 3+ years of maintenance and enhancements.
Strong technical skills in Oracle EBS APIs, RICEW/CEMLI development, SQL/PLSQL, Oracle AIM methodology, and related technologies.
Work Model: Hybrid with onsite presence at designated Regal Rexnord location.
Experienced in discrete manufacturing Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain modules and knowledgeable in Advanced Supply Chain Planning tools like Demantra and Inventory Optimization.
Proficient with system design and development standards, capable of managing cross-country technical coordination and mentoring teams.
Familiar with Lean Six Sigma or APICS certifications and experienced in integrating and automating large-scale ERP solutions with complex data flows and performance monitoring.
