Own end-to-end project execution from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and efficiency of customer orders.

8–15 years of project management experience in the manufacturing industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes such as fabrication, machining, welding.
Familiarity with ERP systems (LN Cloud preferred), MS Office, AutoCAD; English communication required; knowledge of Power BI/Excel dashboards and ISO standards preferred.
Experienced in leading complex engineering/manufacturing projects involving multiple internal stakeholders.
Demonstrates operational control in managing project costs, delivery timelines, and quality assurance within industrial/manufacturing environments.
Capable of strategic planning and monitoring through data-driven approaches using dashboards and regular reporting.
