Proven expertise in validation automation, performance benchmarking, and debugging in semiconductor or AI accelerator products.
Experience with AI/ML workload validation including LLMs, VLMs, Computer Vision, NLP, and Generative AI.
History of cross-functional leadership and mentoring in complex system/platform validation environments.
