Manage and deliver the Data Governance framework, including data quality, CDEs, data assurance, and records management projects within S & T function.
Support and implement Data Quality controls, conduct quarterly reconciliations, review access provisioning, and oversee data privacy and security measures including data leakage protection and user access reviews.
Collaborate across business, technology, risk, and governance teams to maintain data integrity, manage risks, respond to audit requests, and ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Finance or related fields.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in HR/Banking domain focusing on Data Governance, Risk and Information Security.
Proven experience with Risk and Controls expertise, Data Quality Management System (DQMS), and understanding of security control frameworks.
Certification such as CISA or CIPM is a plus but not mandatory; Excellent English communication skills.
Experienced in complex data governance and risk management within banking or financial services, with a focus on HR and S & T data.
Demonstrates strong ownership and capability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment involving multiple stakeholders and functions.
Technically skilled in information security controls, data protection, and regulatory compliance with ability to analyze data and implement effective controls.
