Senior Project Manager

Lead end-to-end execution and delivery of mission-critical electrical infrastructure projects for data centers, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality.

Manage multidisciplinary technical reviews and design coordination for Extra High Voltage (EHV), High Voltage (HV), Medium Voltage (MV), Low Voltage (LV) power systems, substations, switchgear, and UPS systems.

Oversee Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractors and vendors, handling commercial controls, contract management, and risk resolution to ensure safe and high-quality project completion.

17+ years of experience in design, engineering, and execution of large-scale electrical infrastructure projects, including mission-critical data centers or heavy industrial facilities.

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is required; Master's Degree in Power Systems or Project Management preferred.

Strong technical knowledge of EHV, HV, MV, LV power distribution systems, grid substations, and data center redundancy concepts (N, N+1, 2N, 2N+1).

Relevant project management certifications such as PMP or Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP) preferred.

Experienced in managing large-scale electrical projects with complex multidisciplinary engineering interfaces and stakeholder communications.

Comfortable working in a high-stakes environment requiring close coordination with cross-functional engineering, construction, operations, utilities, and external contractors.

Proven ability to manage commercial and contract dimensions of projects including vendor proposals, variations, claims, and budget control.
