Lead project teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and implement process improvements and standardization initiatives.
10-12 years of progressive experience in interior fitout project execution and operations, with minimum 5-6 years in leadership managing multiple fitout projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field; PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of interior construction methods, MEP systems, building codes, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
On-site work location in Gurugram, NCR; willingness to travel extensively within NCR; Valid driving license preferred.
Experienced leader with a proven track record managing large-scale interior fitout projects (10,000 sq ft to 100,000+ sq ft) and teams of 15-25+ people including contractors.
Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills combined with commercial acumen to optimize budgets without sacrificing quality.
Operationally focused with ability to implement process improvements, deliver regular status and financial reports, and meet KPIs on timelines, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
