12+ years experience in software engineering, site reliability engineering, production operations, platform engineering, or infrastructure engineering.
5+ years experience leading reliability or production engineering teams in technically complex environments.
Experience working in offshore/onshore or global operating models is strongly preferred.
Experienced leader managing multiple SRE or production engineering teams within matrix/global environments, preferably in Banking & Financial Services.
Strong technical depth in cloud platforms, Kubernetes, Linux, networking, distributed systems, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
Capable of balancing technical, operational, architectural, and people leadership under high-pressure operational situations with strong stakeholder management skills.
