Experienced in managing complex cloud-based virtual desktop infrastructures with strong operational and architectural expertise in Azure and Citrix environments.
Operates independently at a senior technical level with proven ability to lead platform lifecycle from design through support and optimization.
Demonstrates strong project management skills with a focus on risk and control alignment in high-availability, enterprise IT environments.
