Experienced in hands-on deployment and operational support of production software in complex, customer-facing environments under dynamic conditions.
Comfortable working directly with defense/government customers and internal cross-disciplinary teams to deliver mission-critical AI systems.
Demonstrates ownership of technical outcomes including installation, troubleshooting, and documentation across hybrid cloud and edge deployments.
