Own and ensure overall quality of software delivery through peer reviews, automated and functional testing, regression suites, end-to-end and performance tests.
Design and implement complex test components, business user acceptance test strategies, defect management, and coordinate with development and end users.
Manage software delivery lifecycle from development to production rollout using Waterfall and Agile methodologies including test-driven development, plus provide release and production support.
Minimum 5+ years experience in automation testing of complex applications.
Minimum 3+ years experience in the financial industry.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science.
Strong expertise in Java, automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG/JUnit), API/UI automation, and SQL; experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodology is a plus.
Experienced SDET with demonstrated ability to architect and lead QA automation projects in financial services sector.
Skilled in multiple testing frameworks and automation tools, capable of independently building API/UI automation frameworks with scripting languages (Java/Python/JavaScript).
Comfortable working in hybrid and geographically distributed teams, including overlapping hours with US Pacific timezone.
