Own end-to-end delivery of Master Data Management (MDM) technology solutions focused on data quality and governance within the Enterprise Data & Analytics team.
Engage with senior business stakeholders and technical teams to capture data quality rule requirements, manage remediation strategies, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Develop and support MDM data models, hierarchies, and matching/merging rules and ensure integration via APIs and ETL/ELT pipelines with downstream systems.
5 to 8 years of experience in data management roles with a focus on data quality management and data governance design and implementation.
Proven experience with Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and platforms (e.g., Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, Reltio, Oracle MDM, or equivalent).
Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of databases such as Oracle, Snowflake; experience with data integration frameworks and APIs.
Willingness to work UK shift hours (12:00 to 21:00 IST).
Experienced in leading data quality initiatives and working closely with both business and delivery teams ensuring clear data governance requirements.
Strong technical acumen with ability to implement MDM data models and data integration solutions in a complex data ecosystem.
Capable of translating complex data issues into high-level problem statements and solutions for senior stakeholders in a regulated or financial data environment.
