Own end-to-end patching lifecycle management for Windows Servers, Workstations, and macOS endpoints with monthly security updates and quarterly OS upgrades.
Drive and improve patch compliance SLA adherence through monitoring, reporting, and remediation of patch failures and vulnerabilities.
Act as a customer-facing technical owner collaborating with Technical Account and Customer Success Managers to ensure remediation outcomes and maintain system health checks.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
1-3 years of hands-on experience supporting Windows Server and Windows Workstation environments.
Strong knowledge of patch deployment, compliance monitoring, and vulnerability remediation.
Ability to work 5 days a week with schedule including 2 days US business hours (8-5pm CST) and 3 days rotating India shifts (IST 1st/2nd/3rd shift).
Experience operating in MSP environments or managing endpoint lifecycle across multi-OS (Windows/macOS) platforms.
Capable of managing patch deployments using tools like Microsoft Intune, JAMF, SCCM and driving automation workflows.
Comfortable liaising between engineering teams and customer stakeholders to meet SLA-driven remediation and compliance targets.
