Administer, manage, monitor, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux Servers, Virtualization platforms (Hyper-V and VMware), Storage (SAN), and Backup environments across on-premises, hosted, and cloud setups.
Serve as an escalation point for TOC/NOC, Service Desk, and Systems Teams for incident and service request resolution related to IT infrastructure.

Strong knowledge and advanced skills in Windows Server administration including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and File/Print services.
Minimum 2 days per week availability on US day shift; rotation includes weekends and after-hours support.
Experienced in managing complex IT infrastructure environments within on-premises, hosted, and cloud contexts, especially in managed service provider settings.
Skilled in troubleshooting and support escalation for Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, SAN storage, and various backup technologies like Veeam and Datto.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts with reliable remote work capability and strong communication skills for client interaction.
