Act as liaison between business Data Owners, Stewards, and Digital/IT teams to enhance data quality and consistency.
Support SAP-based master data workflows, data migration, quality monitoring, and project delivery including UAT and change management.
4-7 years experience in Business Analysis, Master Data Management, Data Governance, or related functions.

Work Experience Required: 4-7 years in relevant domain and functions.
Experienced in global, matrixed environments collaborating across business and IT to manage enterprise master data.
Proficient in SAP ERP environments and understanding of data governance, data quality, and enterprise reporting and analytics tools.
Capable of managing end-to-end business analysis activities including requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and stakeholder facilitation.
