Work Experience Required: 5+ years in Application Development and QA Performance Testing.
Experienced in Agile development environments working within Scrum teams involving Development, QA, Product, and Project management.
Familiar with performance testing methodologies and tools with the ability to perform root cause analysis and suggest corrective actions.
Has strong technical communication skills to collaborate effectively with Developers and Engineers to resolve defects and improve system performance.
