Own the design, build, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide DevOps tools including GitHub Actions, Jenkins pipelines, Terraform modules, and ensure measurable adoption of these solutions by delivery teams.

Experience managing both central platform teams and embedded/forward deployment engineering models; strong collaborator leadership and communication skills.
Experienced leader able to architect and deliver enterprise-scale platform engineering solutions with end-to-end responsibility including strategy, technical design, and adoption.
Demonstrated ability to bridge technical and organizational boundaries to drive platform adoption and align diverse stakeholders around shared DevSecOps outcomes.
Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in pipeline/security design and mentoring cross-functional engineering teams.
