Own end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation strategy of Salesforce Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions for Plasma-Derived Therapies business unit.
Lead enterprise data integration across Salesforce and non-Salesforce platforms ensuring scalable, secure, compliant, high-performing data flows including identity resolution and segmentation.
Provide techno-functional leadership including requirements translation, developer guidance, UAT oversight, and ensure regulatory compliance and operational readiness.
