Experienced Scrum Master or Agile Coach skilled in leading cloud-centric, AI-driven technology teams in complex, regulated environments like pharma or biotech.
Demonstrates strong stakeholder communication, able to translate technical cloud/AI concepts to non-technical audiences and manage cross-functional collaborations including vendors.
Results-oriented, capable of driving Agile transformation reliably while ensuring compliance with GxP standards, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
