Manage large and complex network infrastructure projects end-to-end including scheduling, budgeting, resource management, and issue resolution.
Lead client communication for product implementation/migration ensuring scope, expectations, training, and deliverables are met.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain project timelines, quality, and client satisfaction, including mentoring junior project managers.
