Own the design, governance, and continuous improvement of end-to-end business processes related to intercompany trade within Record-to-Decision, focusing on ICO and ICT global reporting.
Drive transition from current to future state processes via strong governance, change management, and stakeholder engagement ensuring benefits realization and sustained adoption.
Collaborate with Business Process Owners and functional teams to align process design with strategic objectives, programme timelines, and compliance requirements including VAT, hedging, and cash flow policies.
8+ years relevant experience in complex global organisations, preferably Consumer Health or FMCG sectors.
Strong technical understanding of intercompany trade of goods and services including accounting, billing, reconciliation, and group reporting.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred but not mandatory.

Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives with strong analytical, governance, and project management skills in a global matrix environment.
Experience managing change and working collaboratively across multiple functions with focus on compliance, controls, and performance management.
Deep business knowledge of intercompany transaction processes, VAT treatments, hedging, and cash flow policy within Record-to-Decision operations.
