Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms, Operating Systems, DBMS, Computer Networks, and OOP.
Proficiency in Java (preferred), Python, or Go.
Good understanding of REST APIs, SQL, Linux, and backend debugging.
Capable of troubleshooting and debugging distributed backend systems in a production environment.
Able to take ownership of production issues and drive them to resolution, including on-call support for critical incidents.
Experience or familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools is a plus but not mandatory.
