Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of experience in Application Development and QA Performance Testing for Web and Mobile applications with hands-on automated test scripting.
Experience with AWS Cloud platform.
Proficiency in at least one: service-oriented architecture testing, Test Management tools (e.g., JIRA, Quality Center), development skills (Java, .NET), or SQL Server with complex query writing.
Experienced in performance testing within Agile teams, capable of independent root cause analysis and cross-functional collaboration to improve application stability and scalability.
Comfortable working with cloud-based environments and automated performance testing frameworks.
Background or familiarity with financial services domain and potentially with CDC/Kafka or database technologies like Oracle, MS SQL Server is advantageous but not mandatory.
