Own end-to-end technical architecture for PTC Windchill PLM programs including implementations, upgrades, migrations, integrations, and enhancements.
Define and govern architecture aspects such as system landscape, data models, lifecycles, workflows, access controls, customization strategy, performance, scalability, and security standards.
Lead technical teams and architecture workshops; review designs and customizations; troubleshoot complex production and integration issues; support UAT and go-live readiness.

Location: India (Noida preferred; other locations - Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune also mentioned). Immediate joiners preferred.
Experienced technical leader with track record of owning Windchill architecture for enterprise-scale, global PLM programs.
Capable of translating complex technical trade-offs and architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams including developers, functional consultants, and migration specialists, with strong mentoring skills.
