Own end-to-end operations and maintenance of AWS Data Centers in India, including managing critical Mechanical, Electrical infrastructure and coordinating event, incident, problem, change, and cost/contract management.
Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships including landlords, construction, operations, program management, security, and logistics teams.
Ensure 24x7 safe and secure facility operations with hands-on support, compliance auditing, reporting on SLA/KPI adherence, and continuous improvement of operational practices.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or 2+ years electrical/mechanical engineering experience.
Experience in an operational role is mandatory; data center engineering experience preferred but not mandatory.
High school diploma or equivalent minimum; 24x7 on-call and rotational shift availability required.
Work Experience Required: At least 2 years electrical/mechanical engineering or operations experience; data center or mission critical facility experience preferred but not mandatory.
Experienced in managing critical facility operations with demonstrated ownership of Mechanical and Electrical engineering systems in data centers or mission-critical environments.
Capable of coordinating multiple vendor and internal stakeholder relationships to ensure uninterrupted facility availability and compliance with regulatory & safety norms.
Comfortable with 24x7 operational role including on-call, shift work, and hands-on intervention during incidents and emergencies.
