Experienced in large-scale, regulated industry ServiceNow implementations, preferably in finance or similar sectors.
Skilled in Agile/Scrum and able to translate complex business and compliance requirements into technical solutions.
Strong capability in stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical teams to ensure adoption, compliance, and continuous improvement.
