Monitor cloud infrastructure, platforms, and applications in a 24/7 environment using tools like New Relic, Datadog, Prometheus/Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, or GCP Monitoring.
Act as first responder to incidents (P1/P2), coordinate cross-functional incident management teams, drive incident resolution, and manage escalation processes.

Experienced in incident management and escalation within enterprise or SaaS cloud environments.
Strong troubleshooting abilities with knowledge of cloud infrastructure components (VMs, EC2, EKS clusters) and networking fundamentals.
Comfortable working under pressure in continuous operational settings and collaborating across SRE, CloudOps, Network, and Security teams.
