12+ years of relevant professional experience delivering financial technology solutions, ideally in investment or capital markets environments.
Hands-on experience with C#, Core Java, SQL Server, ETL tools (e.g., Pentaho Kettle or Talend), SSRS reporting, and cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS).
Strong domain knowledge in Capital Markets including Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Foreign Exchange, and Investment & Wealth Management workflows.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
Proven track record of leading complex Front, Middle, or Back Office investment management system implementations.
Strong technical depth with hands-on development, system integration, cloud-based implementations, and data processing expertise.
Experience working in client-facing roles within consulting firms or financial software providers, able to manage priorities and stakeholder expectations.
