Experience with ITIL Service Management Framework including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
Experienced in managing containerized applications in globally distributed environments with strong CI/CD knowledge.
Capable of independently handling Linux/Windows system complexities and Kubernetes networking including subnet, DNS, FQDN, ingress, and load balancing.
Able to deliver high-quality service with ownership and accountability, demonstrating effective communication and collaboration skills in team settings.
