Design, develop, test, and support Azure Function Apps, Logic Apps, Runbooks, and related automation and integration solutions within enterprise Azure environments.
Develop and maintain automation workflows, scripts (PowerShell, Python), and integrations across Azure services including Storage Accounts, Service Bus, App Services, and Key Vault.
Act as escalation point for support issues, manage incident resolution aligning with SLAs, and contribute to continuous improvement and documentation of automation processes.

Strong PowerShell scripting skills and familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Zendesk.
Experienced in designing and managing complex Azure automation and integration solutions in production environments, with strong troubleshooting skills.
Familiar with development best practices including source control, code reviews, reusable modules, testing, and structured deployment.
Able to collaborate effectively with architects, developers, and stakeholders to implement scalable automation workflows and continuous service improvements.
