Serve as Scrum Master for Cloud Engineering team to drive Agile transformation and delivery of AI initiatives across R&D, Commercialization, Manufacturing, and Enabling Functions.

Experienced in leading Agile teams within regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals, biotech, or healthcare to successfully deliver data-driven, digital, or AI solutions.
Capable of translating complex Cloud/AI technical concepts into accessible language for diverse stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and value articulation skills.
Strategic operator comfortable working across multiple functions and external partners to foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and adherence to compliance and governance standards.
