Own end-to-end technical architecture, security, and integration of the o9 Enterprise Operations Planning (EOP) platform across NALA, MEU, and AMEA regions.
Design and lead integrations between o9 and SAP (S/4HANA, ECC) and non-SAP systems including TPM and SAC, ensuring enterprise architecture alignment and compliance with security standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional global teams and vendors to optimize platform performance, manage technical risks, and support wave rollouts and Go-Live readiness.
8–10 years in IT/technology roles with at least 5 years in solution architecture, delivering enterprise platform implementations involving complex integrations.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related engineering discipline; engineering background preferred.

Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security architecture principles including IAM, data governance, and compliance standards.
Experienced in large-scale, global, matrix organizations within CPG/FMCG or manufacturing sectors, capable of managing multi-regional deployments.
Strong technical leadership in enterprise supply chain planning platforms (preferably o9 Solutions, SAP IBP) with hands-on knowledge of o9 configuration and APIs as an advantage.
Able to engage effectively with senior business stakeholders and vendor teams, ensuring architectural governance and alignment with global IT strategies.
