Location Requirement: Willingness to work from HARMAN's Bangalore office; hybrid role requiring weekly office commuting.
Strong English communication skills and ability to collaborate globally across time zones.
Experienced in Controlling environment, with strong knowledge of CO-PA allocation and profitability analysis, preferably in automotive supplier industry.
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and master data governance with cross-functional teams (Finance, Controlling, IT).
Capable of supporting finance transformation projects including SAP S/4HANA implementation, testing, and global stakeholder training.
