Drive hands-on development, testing, and continuous refactoring of software applications within an agile team (~75-80% coding focus).
Own technical requirements backlog, prioritizing with product management to incorporate industry trends, new technologies, and defect resolutions.
Maintain system documentation and support upgrades of system software and hardware components to meet business needs.
Minimum 7+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in architecture and design of distributed applications.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or 5 years relevant IT experience in global IT infrastructure).

Willingness to work 2nd shift (3 PM to 12 AM IST), occasional weekends, and be onsite in Bangalore minimum 3 days per week.
Experienced in agile software delivery focusing on backend and frontend distributed applications with ownership of product backlog items.
Familiarity with a broad tech stack including .NET ecosystem, web technologies, automation tools, APIs, and relational/XML databases.
Comfortable managing evolving technical requirements and continuous product improvement in a mid-to-large scale technology ecosystem, ideally with some exposure to travel industry or AI/LLM tools.
