Own and support the design, evolution, and embedding of the end-to-end client journey framework for priority client types in India.
Drive identification, prioritisation, and execution of client experience improvement initiatives ensuring alignment with client needs, objectives, and regulatory requirements including Consumer Duty.
Produce and maintain MI, KPIs, dashboards, and executive-ready reporting to inform decision-making, governance, and track improvement outcomes.
5 to 7 years of experience in asset management, wealth management, financial services consulting, or client-facing operations, ideally with EMEA client management exposure.
Working understanding of the end-to-end client lifecycle including pre-win, onboarding, change, and ongoing client management.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and comfort with data, MI, workflow tools, and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
Work Experience Required: 5 to 7 years in relevant financial services client or operations roles.
Experienced in managing client journey mapping and continuous improvements within a matrixed, multi-timezone environment, with understanding of EMEA distribution models.
Skilled in data analysis, root cause problem solving, and creating executive-ready materials to drive senior stakeholder engagement and governance.
Comfortable working with technology and automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power Automate, Power BI) to enhance client experience and operations.
