Own configuration and master data setup for SAP Human Resource Management (HRM)/Human Capital Management (HCM) including Time Writing integration with Project system focusing on Capital & Wells Engineering in Oil & Gas upstream/downstream.
Lead design workshops, develop technical design specifications, perform unit and integration testing, support application delivery teams and managed services in resolving complex functional issues such as Budget Management and Time Writing.

Capable of translating complex business/process requirements into technical solutions, working closely with process architects and business experts with a detail-oriented and process-driven approach.
Experienced in managing cross-functional SAP module integrations and collaborating across delivery and support teams to resolve critical incidents and ensure solution scalability and robustness.
