Lead and manage a software engineering team responsible for developing and delivering Fraud Management applications, ensuring adherence to banking platform architecture and non-functional requirements.
Champion adoption of AI-powered engineering practices including intelligent automation, AI-assisted development, and data-driven decision making to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and strengthen resilience.
