Substantial delivery experience in at least 2 HCM or Financial Workday implementation projects across multiple phases.
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with Workday integrations using at least 2 technologies like Web Services (REST/SOAP), XML, XSLT, Studio, EIB, or Cloud Connect.
Current Workday Integration and Studio certification required.
Willingness and ability to travel and work extended hours as needed.
Experienced in technical delivery for Workday integrations within HCM or Financial domains and understands full project lifecycle involvement.
Comfortable with problem-solving, risk identification, and escalating issues while developing technical and functional solutions.
Able to communicate effectively, train others, and collaborate across teams to meet project objectives.
