Provide expert technical support, configuration, troubleshooting, and best practices guidance for customers using Prisma Access Browser and related technologies.
Manage support cases end-to-end including fault isolation, root cause analysis, and timely resolution, collaborating with engineering to resolve defects and improve products.
Contribute to technical documentation creation and participate in on-call rotations and critical customer site visits to expedite problem resolution.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support or network engineering.
Strong expertise in networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, IP routing, HTTP/HTTPS, VPN, IPSEC, PKI, SSL, and authentication protocols (LDAP, RADIUS).

Demonstrated ability to independently debug complex network environments and drive issue resolution ownership.
