Lead and support projects for new product introduction, upgrades, and refreshes targeting customer delight and QCT (Quality, Cost, Time) objectives.
Accountable for project planning, monitoring, control, risk and issue management across product and process development from initial phase to SOP, including cross-functional and stakeholder alignment.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is mandatory.
6-8 years of experience in New Product Development and Project Management with a minimum of 3-4 years in product development, specifically vehicle integration.
Proficiency in project management skills including planning, monitoring, control, risk and conflict management; familiarity with PLM, CAD, MS Project tools.
Must have knowledge of the automobile product development cycle including vehicle integration, chassis or body design, testing, and motorcycle architecture.
Experienced in vehicle integration and product development within the automotive/motorcycle domain, combining technical and project management capabilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills supported by Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent methodology application.
Capable of operating in cross-functional teams with effective stakeholder management and communication skills, ensuring project targets on quality, cost, and time are met.
