Own and manage product backlogs for multiple engineering squads, translating product requirements into clear engineering tickets with acceptance criteria.

Skilled at balancing detailed backlog management with broad platform and product vision across multiple distributed international teams.
Comfortable challenging legacy technical approaches and advocating for scalable, improved solutions.
Able to translate complex technical trade-offs into business and product impacts for stakeholders and leadership.
