Generate and analyze global, regional, and country-level demand forecasts to improve forecast quality and support Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
Develop and maintain KPI reporting to monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and demand performance; provide actionable insights and exception reports to commercial and supply chain stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align demand insights with business objectives and support continuous improvement of forecasting tools and processes.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics or related quantitative field.
2+ years experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain analytics, commercial analytics, or related disciplines.
Proficiency with global demand planning systems such as Anaplan, Kinaxis, SAP or equivalent.
Experience working with large datasets and performing quantitative analysis.
Strong analytical capability with experience applying statistical forecasting methods and scenario analysis to support business decision-making.
Experience working in cross-functional teams involving global supply chain, commercial, and regional stakeholders to drive alignment in forecast and supply plans.
Background or familiarity with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes and demand planning in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry is advantageous.
