Oversee strategy, planning, execution, and governance of end-to-end platform IBOR Conversion during Alpha implementations involving multiple stakeholders.
Manage data analysis, data conversion lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment for new clients.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
Proven leadership experience managing teams of 10-20 to achieve onboarding and project goals in fast-paced environments.
In-depth understanding of securities, loans, transaction management, and capital markets processes across front to back office.
Demonstrated ability to handle complex data conversions and client-facing transformation programs with strong internal and external communication skills.
