Own the architecture and implementation of IT Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions across On-Premise, Cloud, and Hybrid infrastructures.
Maintain and update technical documentation such as Low Level Designs (LLD), High Level Designs (HLD), solution approaches, technical reports, and training materials.
Develop and deliver technical training and demonstrations on DR solutions to internal teams, channel partners, and customers, including executive-level briefings and onsite product implementation coordination.
8 to 10 years of relevant experience in disaster recovery and data protection technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (BE, B Tech, MCA).
Proven expertise with DR concepts for applications including MS SQL, Exchange, Oracle, VMware, Azure, AWS, and relevant scripting skills (TCL, Shell, Batch, PowerShell, Expect, Bicep).
Strong hands-on experience with UNIX (AIX/Linux) and Windows platforms, and knowledge of storage replication technologies with ability to design and deploy end-to-end data management workflows.
Experienced in designing and implementing DR solutions in hybrid cloud and on-premise environments, capable of producing detailed technical design documentation (LLD, HLD).
Skilled in scripting automation integrating multiple technologies through CLI or APIs to enhance DR orchestration and resilience.
Able to engage effectively with customers and executive stakeholders, providing subject matter expertise and technical demonstrations.
