Support and maintain Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Chain Planning solutions, focusing on Demand and Supply Planning modules including ESP, IO, OP, S&OP, FP, SCP, and Fulfillment.

Experienced in independently resolving complex issues and leading customer technical calls related to Blue Yonder supply chain solutions.
Strong technical background with a focus on ESP module configurations, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Demonstrates ability to collaborate effectively with product development and consulting teams and contributes to knowledge sharing; familiarity with automation and AI tools is a plus.
