Design, develop, and execute comprehensive automated and manual testing strategies to validate software functionality, performance, and user experience across digital investing platforms.
Lead defect identification, root cause analysis, and collaborate across cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and third-party vendors to ensure timely defect resolution and quality governance.
Support delivery of digital initiatives involving onboarding, payments, API integrations, ensuring compliance with quality standards and operational risk controls.
Experience Required: Strong experience in QA including manual and automation testing across complex enterprise systems, specifically in digital investing or related fintech platforms.
Mandatory skills include test automation with Selenium, Cucumber, BDD frameworks using Java, API automation using Rest Assured or Karate, and strong programming fundamentals in Core Java and OOP concepts.
Knowledge of testing lifecycle, test design techniques, defect management, UAT, SIT, regression testing, and governance reporting in agile environments.
Location Requirement: Role based in Pune, India.
Experienced in end-to-end testing delivery for digital investment platforms, with solid background in API and payment integration testing (FPS, onboarding flows).
Able to lead complex testing tasks and collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams and stakeholders including vendors and product owners.
Familiar with automation framework design, CI/CD and DevOps practices (Jenkins, Git), and demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills aligned with risk and control governance.
