Build and lead the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) enablement capability within Technology Operations to improve reliability, operability, and resilience of launch-critical fintech payment services.
Define and implement SRE standards, practices, and operational models including observability, alert quality, SLOs/SLIs, automation, and incident learning, partnering closely with Engineering and cross-functional teams.
