Lead end-to-end delivery of payer contract analytics consulting engagements for US healthcare providers including data analysis, insight generation, and final client presentations.
Develop and maintain proprietary analytical frameworks, models, and scalable data pipelines using SQL, dbt, and Python.
Manage and mentor a small India-based analyst team; coordinate with US leadership on engagement scoping, pricing, and prioritization.
4–7 years of experience in analytics consulting, healthcare analytics, or related advisory roles with client-facing deliverables.
Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
Experience managing or mentoring junior analysts.

Experience with US healthcare payer domain knowledge, including payer contracting, reimbursement, claims analytics, or managed care is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead structured consulting engagements from scoping to delivery and present complex analysis to senior US healthcare clients across time zones.
Experience building scalable analytical tools and methodology documentation in data-driven consulting environments.
